Submit your proposal for the poster exhibition now.
Make EEHE 2024 your conference and present your scientific poster to a highly qualified audience from research and industry. The upload of the topic proposals with a short abstract, the description of your presentation, is done via the online form.
We look forward to receiving your submission by 30 April 2024.

Notes on the form and production of the posters

The processing
- Posters are usually printed by the authors themselves and brought in paper format DIN A0 (841 x 1189 mm) portrait.
- At the beginning of the event, the poster is attached to the poster walls that have already been set up using the fastening material provided by Haus der Technik. Please allow approx. 10 minutes for this.

Our printing service (optional)
For a processing fee of 55.00 euros plus VAT we offer you a printing service. The poster will be available for you at the event office on site. We require a printable PDF file in DIN A0 format (841 x 1189 mm plus 3 mm bleed all round).

Notes on design
- Posters can be designed freely according to your ideas.
- The following structure has proved successful:
- Header with company logo and poster title at the top.
- Below contact details of the author(s) and co-authors, project partners and, if applicable, footnotes to content.
- The centre section contains the project description. Single-column layouts are often combined with two-, three- or four-column layouts. You can download a PDF with an example design grid and information on recommended minimum font sizes in the example below. Make sure the font you choose is easy to read (e.g. Arial).
- Our recommendation regarding the overall impression: “Full doesn’t hurt, but disorganisation does.”
